9 of us drove to eat at Korean BBQ, in Korea town, that took us about 10 min or so to arrive to. If your in such a large group I suggest breaking it up in two to be seated much faster, also read rules as restuarant we sat at charged for meat left over by the pound? We also ended choosing the 9.99 menue each and somehow ended up paying a $20 gratuity fee, that unless it was written in Korean we did not know about prior, nor told about. This turned out to be less than what we normally would have tipped., hidden fees are just not fun.

Description

This 90-minute jazz/funk set will feature new works by Byron Miller and familiar classics, interspersed with brief interludes of lively spoken reflections about touring with music industry greats. Band members accompanying Miller will be Trevor Lawrence, Jr. (drums), Darryl Crooks (guitar), Brandon Coleman (keyboards), Sue Ann Caldwell (vocals), Tim Owens (vocals), and Dr. B (percussion).

Byron Miller toured as premier bassist with Luther Vandross for 16 years. He also toured with Marvin Gaye and has toured/recorded with George Duke, Carlos Santana, and Chaka Khan. He has recently been in recording sessions with Natasha Bedingfield and India.Arie. Miller served as musical director for Tommy Davidson’s fundraiser at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, and for the 2006 Armenian Music Awards at the Kodak Theatre (broadcast live in Armenia), and appeared with his band at the 2006 National Association of Artists Management Convention Party hosted by Hartke Bass Amplifiers. He has a solo CD release, “I’ll Come By,” and is currently preparing to launch Byron Miller Music Instruction, which will provide instruction by professional musicians in music and music production.
