Greatest Yes-related show I have attended. Jon Anderson sings the songs he wrote the way he wrote them to be sang. Amazing and powerful voice that is not usually seen in regular YES shows. He also sung several originals written after he was ill and they are great. Very inspiring and fulfilling show!

Jon Anderson was, is and after seeing him perform last night, always will be an amazing voice and icon in music. I first saw Yes in 1972 and was riveted by his unique and amazing voice. I saw Yes again in 1984 and loved every minute of the performance. Going into last night I was excited to see and hear Jon but wasn't certain what to expect. What I experienced was one of the most moving concerts I have ever been to. Jon's voice is as beautiful as it ever was and what made the evening even more special was Jon's spirit. He spoke to us as if each of us were the only ones there. I truly felt as though I was in a living room, listening to his stories and him release his beautiful music into the room. I have never been so moved by a concert as I was last night. God bless Jon for sharing his gift over the years and last night. And thank you God for not calling him home just yet, he's not ready, nor are we.

Any doubts about his voice after two near-death experiences in the past year were erased last night. He thrilled the audience as he played a wide range of material throughout his career in a personable, spiritual concert. To hear classic songs like "Roundabout" and "Owner of a Lonely Heart" the way he wrote them was like a master class on songwriting.

Description

Jon Anderson is undoubtedly one of the most recognizable voices in progressive rock as the lead vocalist and creative force behind Yes. Anderson was the author and a major creative influence behind the series of epics produced by Yes and his role in creating such complex pieces as Close to the Edge, Awaken, and especially The Gates of Delirium, which was central to the band’s success. Additionally, Anderson co-authored the group's biggest hits, including I've Seen All Good People, Roundabout, and Owner Of A Lonely Heart.
