Description
King of the Cage, one of the largest and most established Mixed Martial Arts fight leagues on the planet, will be hosting a Mixed Martial Arts competition at the Shrine Auditorium. The competition will feature 16 bouts including the return of the legendary Gary "Big Daddy" Goodridge.
Don Wetherell, promoter of the fight commented, "There is a lot of buzz out there over this event in the MMA community. It is the first time King of the Cage is producing a fight in the heart of Los Angeles. Typically LA, Orange County, San Diego, and Riverside based fans would drive great distances to Indian Casinos. This is the first time this loyal fan base will be able to travel into one of the most well known venues in greater Los Angeles to see a King Of The Cage event. And the Shrine is built perfectly for a fight. The nature of the seating is such that every seat has an excellent view and all 7,000 people feel like they are close to the action."
