In 2009, the award-winning LA Weekly celebrates 30 years highlighting the people on the cutting edge of contemporary LA culture. In honor of LA Weekly’s thirty years of publishing, LA Weekend, a new annual event that presents two dynamic days celebrating the people who create LA’s culture -- live music, fashion, art, books, theatre film and more.
Taking place April 24-25 at Nike’s Montalban Theater in the heart of Hollywood, LA Weekly’s LA Weekend will showcase some of LA’s most dynamic and colorful talent, programming cutting edge film screenings, speaker panels, art, food, fashion and book signings!
