i thought this was a great deal. for $175/person for two games you get premier section which is where the press and the lux suites are. you also get waitress service and VIP entrance into staples center. waitress service may not seem like a big deal but it's v. handy if you just do not want to miss any part of the game. and of course the VIP entrance means no waiting lines, uncrowded walk up (or ride up the escalator) to the premier level. i agree with one of the other reviewers that it would've been more beneficial to know where the seats are (at least the section) prior to the first game time. it's nice that the 2nd game tix were ready when we picked up the first game tix. i have no idea why Goldstar doesn't advertise stuff like this more!!Written on Dec 09 2010
p.s. those of you going to staples center, the parking @ the nearby lots are $20, but if you go to Joe' parking behind the TCW bldg on Fig @ 9th, it's only $7 (flat rate). the guy that usually man's this lot at night is a pretty cool guy. you only walk 3 blocks.

We had a great time at this event. The event seemed well planned and well coordinated but things such as parking and souvenir were pricey. The process of purchasing tickets was smooth and set up well online. However it would be much better if at time of purchase to have seat assignment and more details on Staples Center seating chart. Great basketball game! Excellent seats in section 117 which is just above where the players enter the court. Because the tix are available 2 hours before the game, my 9 year old son was able to get four player's autographs during pre-game shoot around. The price for the two game package was about as low as you can get, especially when one of the games featured both local teams battling on behalf of all LA basketball fans!Written on Dec 10 2010
