Powerhouse Franchises Meet When Cardinals Battle Dodgers
- Full Price:
- $16.00 - $85.00
- Our Price:
- $9.00 - $50.00
Two of baseball's most storied franchises take the diamond to renew their rivalry when the St. Louis Cardinals meet the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Cardinals have lost some key players over the years, yet they remain a threat in the NL Central thanks to the solid pitching of Jake Westbrook and Lance Lynn, and the offensive firepower of Matt Holliday. The Dodgers will look to slow the Redbirds down with the speed of Carl Crawford and the power of Adrian Gonzalez. L.A's pitching staff is anchored by ace Clayton Kershaw, who is an early favorite for the Cy Young. Don't miss the action at Dodger Stadium, and two great promotions: on Saturday, longtime Spanish broadcaster Jaime Jarrin is honored with a bobblehead, and Sunday is MLB Network Drawstring bag day. Written on Apr 29 2013i was very pleased with these seats! thank you.
Written on Oct 03 2012Picking up the tickets was super easy - actual seats had been reserved for us so there was no need to rush. Dodgers won so that was great. And the fireworks were sensational! A treat for everyone!
Written on Oct 02 2012The event was a great value. The Dodgers Won!! and we watched great
fire works after the game. Our seats were right above home plate.
Written on Oct 01 2012We had great seats for a great price and best of all the Dodger won!
Written on Oct 01 2012Even if you don't love baseball, the fireworks at the end make it worth it. Fun atmosphere, fun night, and you get to enjoy a baseball game to boot. And if you want, you can go out onto the field to watch the fireworks, although you have just as good a view from the seats. But it's probably fun just to be out on the baseball field. The fireworks last a long time, so it's totally worth it to stay after the game.
Written on Oct 01 2012Amazing seats for the price, spectacular fire works. It was an awesome evening worth every dime.
Written on Oct 01 2012So much fun was had at this event. I totally had a great time, great price on tickets, the Dodgers won, and to boot the night ended with a beautiful fireworks show. Picking up the tickets was a breeze which I liked a lot, since my group was running a little bit more behind than I would have liked. Oh yeah, and it was Tommy Lasorda's Birthday!! Thanks for offering great finds like these... Cheers!
Written on Oct 01 2012This was my first time at a Dodger game in over 20 years... My husband and I had a great time. Seats were great, parking was easy. All in all great evening. I will defiantly get tickets again next season through Goldstar.
Written on Oct 01 2012We took our relatives from out of the country - their first baseball game! No jackets required. Great seats. Great fireworks. And a Dodger win! Couldn't have been better.
Written on Sep 23 2012The actual event was good, but getting in and out of the stadium was the worst I've ever experienced.
Written on Sep 18 2012good seats, had fun!
Written on Sep 18 2012The fireworks after the game were great.
Written on Sep 18 2012This is a great way to get out and hang with friends while eating a dodger dog and having a nice cold beverage.. The Firework show at the end was amazing it was the 4th of July in sept. good game and the bonus was dodgers won!!!
Written on Sep 18 2012We had a great time! The Dodgers won and the fireworks were fantastic!!
Written on Sep 17 2012An exciting game and fireworks show, afterwards.
Written on Sep 17 2012Seats where better than I expected.
Written on Sep 17 2012Had a great time!! I was worried about seats but they turned out to be pretty good!
Written on Sep 05 2012This was my first time attending a Dodger's game and my first time at the stadium. I liked the instructions that were given. Everything was well described. I had no problems finding the Goldstar ticket booth. Thank you.
Written on Sep 05 2012I had not been to the Dodger Stadium in 10 years, and to see how more beautiful the place is now; it pleased me lot. The crowd where we sat (my daughters and I) was nice, nothing rowdy. My overall experience was great. I would love to do it again.
Written on Sep 04 2012Great seats for the price. They had a special will call booth just for Gold Star so getting our tickets was easy!
Written on Sep 03 2012Great seats and fireworks at the end of the night was a nice touch.
Written on Sep 03 2012the event itself started of slow however; as the game continued it was a lot of fun.
Written on Sep 03 2012I love getting discounts on seats. Even the high-up seats are great at Dodger Stadium.
Written on Sep 03 2012AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Written on Sep 03 2012What's to describe? It was a Dodger game. Go Big Blue!
Written on Sep 03 2012Great seats right behind home plate.
Written on Sep 02 2012Blue Heaven! Walter O'Malley really built a beauty! Dodger Stadium is a special place for all Los Angelenos and any baseball admirer. The sun setting through the downtown skyline, the golden mountains, and Nancy Bea playing sweet melodies. Dodger Stadium is my long time friend. Aaaawww, this is Summer in LA!
We arrived through the Golden State Gate off the 5, and were directed to the left. Parked in a lot that was far away, but adjacent to left field $10.
There is a designated Goldstar Will Call Booth #16, at the end of the row of ticket booths, in the Left Field Parking Lot G. If you know this, its pretty simple. You can easily get mistaken because there are 3-4 different Will Call locations at the Stadium.
We got Preferred Field Box tix down the 1st base line, so we skipped & skiddaddled across the center field parking lot, and entered through the Field level entrance, in Right Field. They searched our cooler and my GFs purse, and we strolled on in. Hello old friend, you look as good as ever!
Conce$$ion price$ are in$ane! Buyer Beware $$$! We stopped at a market and loaded up our cooler for about $20. Drinks, Sandwiches, Chips, Peanuts, Candy, mini bottles of Crown... Saved a fortune and we were pigging out the whole time. (the only way to enjoy a ballgame)
Fireworks were Awesome! Much better than I had anticipated, but wasn't expecting much. Our game went into extra innings, so they didn't allow fans on the field because of time/noise constraints. We started walking to our car, and it turned out to be a great move. They launch the fireworks in the outfield parking lot, so the view was amazing out there! The fireworks were right in front of us, and the smoke blew right into the stadium which looked liked it would have blocked the view.
We leisurely strolled to the car and the exits were wide open. I had never gotten out of there so fast, but was in no hurry to leave my old friend. Thanks again old buddy, see ya next time... Blue Heaven.
Keys to Success:
1. Blankets/Jackets- as soon as the sun goes down, it gets cold! Constant wind tunnel through Chavez Ravine.
2. Bring Food/Snacks/Drinks- They allow soft sided 16x16 coolers, unopened plastic drink bottles, chips, etc. Bring a Picnic type Dinner!
3. Enter parking lot through Golden State or Academy Gates- You wil park in the outfield for a shorter walk to Will Call Booth, and a great fireworks view while walking back.
4. Enjoy the Beauty and History, Relax, Have Fun!Thanks Goldstar!
Written on Aug 28 2012It was alot of fun
Written on Aug 27 2012Great seats for a great price!
Written on Aug 27 2012The seats were awesome but the will call is too hard to find, especially if you have to park on the other side of the stadium.
Written on Aug 27 2012Was not happy with being diverted to the parking lot on the left (entering in from Stadium Way), as opposed to the parking lot on the right, where we've always parked in the past year.
Written on Aug 27 2012Great seats and enjoyed the game and fireworks.
Written on Aug 06 2012The seats were great, we loved the fireworks and the Dodgers won! Great night!
Written on Aug 06 2012Excellent Seats--but the field loge level is totally ridiculous for food. There are JUST Dodger dogs. there is no Carls, no Pizza, no nothing but dodger Dogs
Written on Aug 06 2012Great family outing!
Written on Aug 06 2012We bought reserve tickets to the game, it didn't matter to us, where we were going to sit. When we got to the stadium, we had to walk to Lot G to pick up tickets (there are many will calls). We asked when we drove in, where G lot was, she probably thought we said, D.
When we got in, it wasn't easy finding our seats, even the security put us in the wrong seats. We moved 4 times. I asked the security if we could sit in an open spot at the last section. It was no problem, seats were better and also a better view for the fireworks.
Written on Aug 06 2012Seats were excellent and the Fireworks show was awesome !!
Written on Aug 06 2012Fun game.
Written on Jul 27 2012the seats were great the traffic to get to the stadium was horrible
Written on Jul 25 2012I had great seats. I was able to step on the field to watch the fireworks. The team won the game. We all loved the view.
Written on Jul 16 2012The game was good and fireworks spectacular.
Written on Jul 16 2012The tickets were in a much better place than I thought they would be. Killer view near first base. The fireworks show was outstanding, short but very intense. Much better show that Burbank's 4th of July display!!
Written on Jul 16 2012ALTHOUGH YOU WANT THE DODGERS TO WIN EVERY SINGLE GAME, SOMETIMES YOU DON'T GET THAT SATISFACTION. IN THIS PARTICULAR GAME, THE DODGERS WON AND THERE WAS A SPECTACULAR FIRE WORK SHOW THAT LIGHTS UP THE FAMOUS CHAVEZ RAVINE BEAUTIFULLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND (EVEN THOUGH A DODGER VICTORY IS NEVER A GUARANTEE) FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS TO ANY AND EVERY DODGER FAN IN LA, AND TO ANY BASEBALL FAN IN AMERICA (EXCEPT SF GIANTS OR ANAHEIM ANGEL FANS- OUR BIGGEST RIVALS HA HA HA).
Written on Jul 16 2012spectacular!!!!
Written on Jul 16 2012Nice seats behind third base on loge level. Great view of game.
Written on Jul 16 2012What an exciting game! Its always fun to go but when they win it's better! Follow this up with fireworks = great night out!
Written on Jul 16 2012Excellent seats, easy access to will call!
Written on Jul 16 2012Had a great time! The fireworks were awesome!
Written on Jul 16 2012This was a baseball game at Dodger Stadium. The crowd was congenial and it finished with a very nice fireworks display. Our seats were over home plate (a little to the right) and high up which turned out to provide easy access to amenities. Also, we sat under an over-hang so we did not need hats or sunscreen before sunset. It was not necessary to move onto the field for the fireworks since the display was across from where we sat and it was easy to move down closer and away from the over-hang.
Written on Jul 08 2012Not Goldstar's fault, but it was the worst Dodger game I've ever seen since they lost, had only 1 hit, I think, and the fielding wasn't that good either. The fireworks only lasted 10 minutes, but they were impressive.
Written on Jul 07 2012The game would have been better if we won! But it was a great event. The parking is always crappy but that's just normal.
Written on Jul 06 2012I'm not a big baseball fan but my boyfriend moved from NY to be with me so I figured the least I could do was get him tickets to see his favorite team. The game was kind of boring becuse in my opinion both teams suck but the experience was cool. The seats were awesome we got to seat under the shade and enjoy good drinks and food. My favorite part of the night was the fireworks.
Written on Jul 03 2012Great fireworks! But be prepared to wait for them to set up field before fireworks start. I stayed in my infield reserve seats and had a great view.
Written on Jul 03 2012Always a good time, especially w/Friday night fireworks
Written on Jul 02 2012We had a great night at Dodger Stadium. It was easy to find the Goldstar will-call booth, and picking up our tickets was very quick, Stadium staff were plentiful and cheerful, volunteering their services to all patrons. After the Dodgers lost 0-9 to the NY Mets, there was an impressive fireworks show! It featured the music of Linkin Park, who I love!
Written on Jul 02 2012The game was exciting; however, the parking was not kind to us. We were bumper to bumper for a "long" time before we got a space.
We had good seats and were treated kindly by those around us although we rooted for the Mets.
Written on Jul 02 2012All in all, we had a great time.
The reason for a 3 star rating is because there were a number of unpleasant circumstances that, having never been to Dodger Stadium before, we didn't know. Here's what I'd suggest to newcomers:
1) Bring a hat. The Goldstar seating seems to be in an area that faces the setting sun. You'll be blinded for the first 2 hours without one, or (as we did) have to pungle up $20 each for hats at the stadium.
2) Try to park near the will call tickets. There's a choice when you enter the parking area to split one way or the other – we went left, which meant we had to trek around the entire side of the stadium to get to the tickets. If we had gone right, we would have been closer. Not that the walk was a big deal – but after an hour in rush hour traffic following a coffee stop, our bladders were not happy with us for the delay in finding relief
3) Move center for the fireworks. They don't go up over the stadium, but are fired off in the parking lot opposite home plate. If you don't move over, you'll have to crane your heads, and even then you'll miss most of it.
Written on Jul 02 2012Dodgers did an excellent job for the fans. The fireworks show was much better than expected and worth waiting for. Fantastic experience being able to get on the field.
Written on Jul 02 2012The seats were facing west so I didn't enjoy the sun being in my face. I went to sit at my seat once the sun went down. We walked around the staduim several times to find the will call booth, the entrance, and the seats. We missed first part of the game. Best part of this event was the firework show!
Written on Jul 02 2012Great seats for the price. Perfect temperature. Loved the fireworks.
Written on Jul 02 2012great seats
Written on Jun 05 2012Seat were good for the price, unfortunely the dodger did not play well that night :(
Written on Jun 02 2012We stayed in or seats for the fireworks though we could have gone down to the field...it was cool to be in the seats because we didn't have to look up so much. The fireworks were better than most 4th of the July shows. We'll definitly be back. The kids especially loved it!
Written on Jun 01 2012Great seats and a really fun night out. Tip: Goldstar has it's own Will Call booth at the opposite end of the Ticket Sales area. Not that it's much of a distance, but it's always nice to go to the right place first.
Written on May 29 2012Took the entire family, seven in total. The three kids 10, 6 and 4 loved the crowd, the junk food and the game. A fun night out for all.
Written on May 29 2012It seemed that our tickets could have been a little better as there were many empty seats in the 10 - 12 rows in front of us. It felt like the goldstar customers got cramped together in the last couple rows of the section. Event itself was great, even though the Dodgers lost.
Written on May 29 2012I WILL GIVE GOLDSTAR A 10 STAR RATING..... THANK YOU SO MUCH GOLDSTAR!!!!! LOVE MY DODGER'S.....
Written on May 28 2012Soooo awesome!!! Great, exciting game!! I wish the Dodgers would have won it. Dog-gone!!! Dodgers fans are terrific! The fireworks were colossal, baby!! And they blew 'em off to the tunes of the Beach Boys!!! IT SO ROCKED! Thanks again, guys! Great call!:)))
Written on May 28 2012We usually go to a game about 2 or 3 times per year. Our seats were really good, we could see the third base line really well. We had a good view of the entire field. We enjoyed this game as much as the other games we have seen. I'm not really a baseball fan but I do enjoy seeing a live game.
Written on May 28 2012This was a home game Friday Night Fireworks Dodgers tickets sale event.
It was a baseball game so exactly what you'd expect if you've ever been to one. The Friday Night Fireworks were a nice touch but they didn't give very clear information on how they were going to work so when I saw them setting up to let people onto the field after the game I wondered if that was going to be the best place to watch them. I decided to head down that way but once they started I realized that I would have had a better view from my seat in the Infield Reserve deck. I was still able to see them though and I love fireworks so it was a nice perk, especially since the Dodgers lost that game.
If you haven't purchased Dodger tickets through a third-party vendor before it's best to double-check where to pick up the will-call tickets once you get to the stadium, especially if you're not familiar with it. Goldstar tickets are available at the little gray booths located in the parking lot on the north side of the stadium. They're in the lowest level of parking that has direct access to the stadium so if you come from a different side and park you'll have to walk down to get them and then possible back up, depending on where you're sitting. If you have trouble finding the booths just ask some one at any of the ticket booths around the stadium.
Written on May 28 2012Great prices for awesome seats
Written on May 28 2012They event itself was awesome. But it was a mission to actually retrieve our tickets. You cant go to any will call window. They are specific set of two booths and do you realize how big Dodger Stadium is? Needless to say, we had to walk forever and ask a ton of parking staff where these booths were. We always got different answers and walked and walked and walked until we found the darn Goldstar will call booths. Over all that was my only complaint. We had a blast
Written on May 28 2012SEATS WERE GREAT TO VIEW THE GAME AND FIREWORKS.
EXCITING AND WONDERFUL GAME TO THE END.
LOVE THE DODGERS!!
Written on May 28 2012his was a great kick off to my memorial day weekend,. The game was awesome, and so where the fireworks. If you have a chance to go i'd say go! :)
Written on May 28 2012The "preferred field box" was about 400 feet away at the base of the foul pole - you'd need a powerful telescope to determine if there was a game being played.
Written on May 28 2012There's something about fireworks that touches everyone on different levels. It's a magical experience that transports each of us to reflect on our lives and always makes me emotional. It's very personal, yet it promotes a feeling of community because you are sharing the experience with everyone else around you.
I love attending Dodger games. The grounds are beautiful, the mood is exciting, and the Dodger dogs are a yummy must. Friday night fireworks are a festive way to top off the experience.
Written on May 28 2012So much fun! Got to go n the field after the game to watch the fireworks. Fantastic! Too bad the Dodgers lost.
Written on May 28 2012great game - fantastic fireworks!
Written on May 28 2012Its a fun night, and I really enjoy the Infield Reserve, such a great perspective on the game.
Written on May 28 2012The seats were high, but right behind home plate, so the perespective was good. I brought binoculars, but didn't need them. I think that compared to retail prices for seats, these were a good bargain. I plan to go again!
Written on May 28 2012LOVED the fireworks!
Written on May 26 2012Great seats and makes a good family night out!
Written on May 21 2012Good night had a great time with the family.
Written on May 21 2012I gave these tickets as a gift and Yeh! The Dodgers won too.
Written on May 21 2012Seats were good along 1st base. Great view for fireworks
Written on May 21 2012good seats for good price~!! perfect for group activity, family & friends and couples. i want to go again~!! thank you Goldstar for awesome deal~!!
Written on May 21 2012Incredible performance by Dodger. Nice sheeting from Goldstar!
Written on May 15 2012Fireworks At dodger stadium is amazing. We got to sit on the field. Worth every penny.
Written on May 15 2012Easy pickup process and the game was awesome! They let people in the lower seats onto the field. Our seats were one level above and our view of the fireworks was perfect! Overall, a great evening, but bring a blanket. It gets chilly!
Written on May 14 2012Friday nights aren't very crowded at Dodger stadium - meaning you don't have to wait in many lines or fight through groups of people to get anywhere. The game was great and the fireworks are always a lot of fun!
Written on May 14 2012Seats were great, fireworks were awesome!
Written on May 14 2012First of all the Dodgers won and the game was awesome. After that said, the Friday Night Fireworks were amazing. Almost as good as Disneyland, because you are so close. The Fans are even allowed onto the field to watch. But don't feel bad if you have to leave before the fireworks, the view from the parking lot may be even better because the score board kinda blocks the view, when you are in the Stadium. Highly recommend. Go and and enjoy. (we were also happy with our seats)
Written on May 14 2012Great game, very good seats.
Written on May 05 2012its was a great game had excellent seats right behind home plate.
Written on May 04 2012Everything was as expected, except in the Reserve section seating we were on the same side of the field as the replay screen and could not see it. Just something to think about when ordering you tickets.
Written on May 02 2012I bought these tickets to be there with my husband, who is crazy about Dodgers. He was so happy to see the game from the best seats that Goldstar provided for us! It was only $45 per ticket with the best view. I was impressed. Dodgers won!!! My husband...oh! But for me - the fireworks made my day. Such a spectacular show!!!
M.S.
Written on Apr 30 2012They need to have cheaper parking and put a fountain in the outfield. All tha money spent?Team rocks.
Written on Apr 28 2012We went to the Friday night Nats game, our second in two weeks. Both games were ruined by incredibly loud, obnoxious, insufferable, yacking jerks literally shouting into the backs of our heads in the seats behind. These were NOT nice-guy baseball fans just getting into the game and having a good time. They were loud, had no concern whatsoever for the people around them, and liked to hear themselves talk. They were essentially "broadcasting." The guy last night, perhaps mid-50's, was constantly talking loudly to his old father and teenaged daughter, and almost every comment he made was punctuated with a big belly laugh. I mean, it was, "He almost missed that HAHAHAHAHAHAHA." I would not have been surprised if he'd said, "I have to go the bathroom HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" At least he talked some about baseball, but when he actually began to literally drown out the stadium public address announcer---yes, really---my wife turned around and calmly told him how loud he was, and that we couldn't hear the P.A.. Get this: this guy said, snidely, "I didn't think it was IMPORTANT!" Seriously. Like a little kid! A man in his mid-50's! Yes, HE was deciding what was important for us to hear, apparently. I turned around. I did not want confrontation. I just wanted to enjoy a baseball game. I said, "That was a sarcastic remark, and it's uncalled for." His little teenaged daughter was actually laughing at me. I just glared at him until he said, in an obvious effort to get me to go away, "I APOLOGIZE." Wait, there's more. This guy had been talking about Northern Ireland for some reason (bragging to his daughter about how he wrote letters to senators about it---what this had to do with baseball, I don't know), and when I turned around to watch the game again, he said to the back of my head, "Well, so much for peace in Northern Ireland!" Oh, how clever. I turned back, and said, "That was another sarcastic remark." The jerk said, "I was talking about Northern Ireland!" Right. Still, I did not want unpleasantness. I said, "Look, where you're sitting, your positioned so that you are shouting right into the backs of our heads. I've enjoyed hearing your baseball discussion, and getting the correct names of all the retired numbers in center field. But we can't hear." In fact, we were forced to be a part of HIS conversation, his "evening at the game." He began saying, again, in a just-shut-the-crazy-man-up fashion, "I APOLOGIZE. I APOLOGIZE." I said, "Okay, Have a good time." But the evening was wrecked, because we had to sit near them from then on. And as you have already guessed, the jerk just kept talking. He lowered the volume slightly for about five minutes, but that was it. And as soon as there was the slightest action in the game, he made a special point of screaming his head off, or roaring dumb things like, "LOOKED GOOD FROM UP HERE, BLUE!" And his daughter made a point of clapping as loudly as she could right behind my head, over and over. Every time there was a clapping cheerleading pattern, they both really slapped their hands together as loud as possible, right at our heads. Just unbelievable. I should have gone to the ushers, but I really didn't want any more trouble. After four innings of this torture, we got up and moved elsewhere. Just as we had to do the previous week, when an even louder jerk about the same age carried on a monologue about everything except the game in a voice loud as an elephant seal. Politics, finance, employment---he just bellowed on and on. Anyone within a radius of 40 feet could have heard every word, clearly. Anyhow, after we moved to new seats at the Nats game, there were about five or six guys who'd had a couple of beers and were really enjoying the game, shouting at the players every now and then and laughing it up. They were a total pleasure to be around, especially contrasted to the gum-flapping sarcastic jerk and his snotty daughter.
Written on Apr 16 2012The seats were a value for the location. The Goldstar Will Call both was a bit hard to locate at first. Now that I knoiw where it's located, there shouldn't be a problem.
