It was enchanting! The Master Chorale is always exceptional. Truly one of LA's treasures. If you missed this concert last Saturday afternoon, they are repeating it this coming Saturday.

Celebrate the holiday season at Walt Disney Concert Hall with a fanfare of chorus, organ and bass -- trumpeting your favorite holiday carols. The LA Master Chorale invites audiences to ring in the season with carols from around the globe and a festive sing-along. The magnificent Disney Hall Organ and brass ensemble accompany the singers and herald the arrival of a special visit from the jolly old elf himself -- Santa!

The Chorale welcomes the Voices Within Children’s Choir on stage performing their own compositions and a stirring arrangement of "Joy to the World" – an annual tradition, sure to put you in the mood to decorate the tree!

Los Angeles Master Chorale celebrates its 43rd Anniversary with this fourth season at Walt Disney Concert Hall. Recognized as one of Los Angeles' cultural treasures, the Chorale has received accolades for its innovative programming and its commitment to commissioning new works. In June 2003, the Master Chorale received the prestigious ASCAP/Chorus America Award for Adventurous Programming. Grant Gershon has been its music director since 2001, succeeding Paul Salamunovich. The Master Chorale performs about fifteen times per year in its own season, as well as appearing with the Los Angeles Philharmonic from time to time.
