I went with my BFF. It was a small and quaint venue. This was the first time I purchased form Goldstar and I look forward to buying furture tickets for events this way. The seats we sat in were amazing. The cast was stellar and we hung on every word that was said. We related to many of the stories that described situations relating to clothing. I enjoyed the evening very much. This was the first time watching a show at this lovely venue. It's an intimate setting and to watch Meredith Baxter, Paula Christensen, Florence Henderson, Gina Torres and Marissa Jaret Winokur was a joy to see especially up close and personal. I laughed.. Could have been worse, but not by much. If it were not for the superb performance by Erica Ash, followed by a very good performance by Winslow Corbett, I would have slept through the whole trite show. Lauren Hutton is still beautiful, but has no reading nor acting talent. Fortunately, I think the show is near the end of its run so not many more of us shall have to suffer our way through it. Too bad, because the Geffen can almost always be counted on to provide good theater. Not this time!Written on Oct 18 2010

Description
Love, Loss, and What I Wore, an intimate collection of stories by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron is based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman, as well as on the recollection of the Ephrons' friends. Like the popular book, Love, Loss, and What I Wore uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to. The production is performed by a rotating cast of five all-star actors, who will perform in four-week cycles.
