Excellent presentation with plenty of humor in both English and Yiddish. As a senior audience member, I laughed with gusto and had renewed memories of this lost art that I enjoyed as a child. The morning session was more to my liking as I found additional information concerning Chagall's earliest works in backdrops and makeup for the Yiddish Theaters. For the person who wrote about the miniscule amount paid for the "Superman" comic series, try reading "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay" by Michael Chabon. It's definitely fiction but all the facts are there.Written on Aug 02 2010

Fantastic, informative and entertaining seminar! Who knew the creators of Superman were Jewish and sold the rights for $130? This fact and others were included in pop culture history.Written on Aug 02 2010

For a professor to commit to an ALL DAY series of four lectures that last one hour each was amazing. The topics were very interesting, and he presented them without notes! A wonderful experience.Written on Aug 02 2010
