Hmmmm, what can I possibly say about this event....despite the fact that it SUCKED!!!!! We got there early, for us 9:30pm, thinking there would be a BIG crowd. I could count the amount of people there on both hands. Tried to order a Long Island Ice Tea & the bartender said, "You must have us mistaken for a REAL bar!". He did his best to make it happen & I must say his drinks were nice & strong. However, they had to be to survive thru THAT night. The food was gross. The music was God awful & where the hell was Tommy Tutone?!?! Was I that drunk? I agree with the other reviews and we all deserve a big, fat, REFUND!!!Written on Jan 04 2010

Absolutely terrible. What a waste of time and money. We should be able to get a refund. There was free beer from 8-10pm (two kinds), but one needed a whole lot more beer to be able to enjoy that party. False advertisement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Written on Jan 01 2010

I was very disappointed by both the event itself and the other attendees.Written on Jan 05 2010
The first reviewer has correctly pointed out the various shortcomings of the event, such as keeping us in line about fourty five minutes after the start, the pathetic "buffet" and the lack of live feed. The sponsored bar also quickly ran out of beer. The musical acts truly left a lot to be desired. There was no Colgate sponsored kissing whatever the hell that was. The champagne toast was underwhelming. Although I love Rodney Bingenheimer and all he's done for music, the count was as undramatic and boring as possible.
As for the other attendees, why were my friend and I the only two people that seemed to follow the 80's theme? Why was I the only one that appeared to even know who Rodney Bingenheimer was and I was the only one who cheered for him?
Oh well, given how lame the event was I can't blame the ambivalence of the other attendees.
Ugh...
