Steve Silver's Beach Blanket Babylon is the world's longest-running musical revue. Since 1974, this San Francisco institution has followed Snow White on a musical comedy quest around the world, where she runs into satirically portrayed pop-culture and political celebrities, an impressive array of gigantic hats and one show-stopping musical number after another. Because the show is constantly updated with new costumes, hats and characters, it rewards repeat visits. Among the familiar faces you might see spoofed in Beach Blanket's latest incarnation: Lady Gaga, Barack and Michelle Obama, the cast of Glee, Kate Middleton and Adele. Even after nearly 40 years, Beach Blanket Babylon remains one of San Francisco's wildest evenings of live entertainment. Learn More

Written on Apr 02 2012Interesting characters brought to life by terrific performances.
Written on Mar 21 2012This is a really intersting, raw, and honest play. I thought the production ofthe material was well done. The acting was great and set was pretty good. At times the actors had their backs to the audience for quite some time and that was little odd, but not terrible.
A good one to see.
Written on Mar 16 2012I recommend play, i really enjoyed it. GOOD PLAY, GREAT ACTERS!!
Written on Mar 06 2012Very good writing. Very good acting. It is a little over an hour and it keeps the audience member engaged the entire time. Very dramatic with many climatic rises through out. An interesting and real portrayal of marriages that seem happy from out the outside but there are many underlaying issues on the inside. I would recommend this play for people to go and watch.
