Students and adults from Los Angeles to Australia have found this show delightfully entertaining and informative. Richard Milner's show traces Darwin's voyages of discovery, his rush to finish the Origin of Species, the Scopes Trial, and the current controversies surrounding the theory of evolution.
Milner has also introduced several new songs, including a showbiz fantasy about Jimmy Durante as the discoverer of natural selection, and a Gilbert & Sullivan tribute to his childhood friend Stephen Jay Gould, the paleontologist and evolutionist. Milner has recently released a CD of all the songs in the show.
