I take dance lessons all the time, but never straight salsa before. I brought a friend with me who had never danced but wanted to learn. There were a few gals who dance out at clubs and some who had regularly taken lessons there before. ALL of us benefitted from the great class with a superb teacher. It was fun and a good workout. She was very patient, broke down each step and the surroundings were great at the studio. The neighborhood, not so much!

More Details About This Event: Have your salsa basics down and want to take it to the next level? SalsaBox Studios is now offering a two-hour ladies' styling camp. Advanced beginner and intermediate dancers are welcome. You'll learn sexy solo footwork, styling for partnering and get a great workout in the process! After the workshop, the gentlemen will be invited in to dance so the ladies can try out their new styling techniques. Refreshments will be served after the class.
About The SalsaBox Studios: In their small, intimate classes, you'll be partnered with dancers who are at your same skill level to maximize your time and investment. Under the watchful eye of their instructors, you'll learn the basic steps and techniques of leading and following, spinning and styling to get you in the clubs and on the dance floor before you know it! |
