Fernando-mania returns to L.A. -- in bobblehead form -- as the first 50,000 fans through the gates receive a figure modeled after the great Dodger pitcher, and then get to see the long-time NL West rivals battle it out on the field. The Dodgers' Matt Kemp continues his hot hitting and Clayton Kershaw his hot pitching, while new addition Hanley Ramirez is bringing excitement to the team as well. Meanwhile, the Giants' Melky Cabrera is batting over .350 and was the MVP of this year's All-Star Game. And then there's Fernando. In his legendary 1981 debut season, Valenzuela became the only player in Major League history to win the Rookie of the Year award and the Cy Young Award in the same season, not to mention the Silver Slugger Award and the World Series. He's currently a Spanish-language broadcaster for the Dodgers.

The Dodgers signed Cy Young Award-winning pitcher Zack Greinke in December. He'll be playing alongside such stars as Adrian Gonzalez, Hanley Ramirez and Carl Crawford, all of whom joined the team in mid-2012, as well as long-time Dodgers Matt Kemp, Andre Ethier and Clayton Kershaw. The new lineup promises lots of fireworks on the field -- and Friday night games also feature a spectacular fireworks display in the skies over the stadium. Learn More

First the game was terrible. Iknow you have no control over this but it was still terrible. Second the seats were not very good. We were in the last row of the lodge section just past 3rd base. The seats were cramped, it was very hot, as we were under the overhang of the deck above us. We couldn't see the message board from these seats. The concourse was right behind us so there was a lot of noise. In short we paid $54 a seat for an experience we didn't enjoy.

The game was fine....bummer we lost though....glad to have gotten a bobblehead even though we were late. It was such a mess trying to get into the stadium on a Tuesday night....we had infield seats by right field....just perfect to take pictures of my sweetie No. 16...great camera shots!!

We were running late so paid for preferred parking. Even when we told the attendant we had txs waiting at GOldstar, she directed us to lot K. We parked and then had to walk a considerable distance to get to Goldstar (although there was a huge amount of parking available in Lot G - Preferred or General). We were late for the beginning of the game because of this.
