This delightful collection for four shoret plays was a terrific event, but I am biased...first of all because of the free mini-pastries between vignettes, and second because my sister, NYC playwright Robin Rothstein, wrote "Keeping Pace", the opener!Written on Feb 19 2010

I went to this with my boyfriend and another couple, and we all loved it! The 4 skits were clever and funny, the actors were super talented, and the gourmet desserts were scrumptious. One guy in our group was an actor, and he especially loved the "LA" theme!Written on Aug 17 2009

For what it was, it was a cute night out. All 4 acts were entertaining. The sweets...were good but nothing special at all. For the Goldstar price... it was an enjoyable eveningWritten on Sep 22 2009

4 One Acts, 3 of which were good fun. Most of the scripts were heavily peppered with entertainment industry jokes. I would give it 2.5 Stars if there were such a thing. None of these plays are absolute must sees. I'm being generous because they did get plenty of laughs, and everyone had a great time.Written on Aug 09 2009
An older red-haired actress was a real scene stealer in her small death scene. She was tossed about in various positions from floor to couch to laundry hamper like a rag doll. She was crazy-flexible for her age. Made you think she must've been a Romanian gymnast when she was 18.
We were served homemade desserts before the start of the show and at the intermission. That was a nice touch. The chocolate-cashew cupcakes were amazing.

When all the sane people have left after seeing a performance of Stop Kiss or Treefall, Rogue Machine continues the fun. It's a night of decadence and delight and you can only catch it for three weeks.
