Ring in the New Year with the silk-and-diamond decadence of The Great Gatsby as Baz Lurhmann's best films spring to life during this spectacular New Year's Eve party. Begin your stylish evening with a three-course dinner, followed by a performance of the popular show For the Record: Baz Luhrmann, featuring powerhouse performers from music, stage and screen reenacting iconic scenes and songs from Moulin Rouge, Romeo + Juliet, Strictly Ballroom and The Great Gatsby. After the show, Rockwell will be transformed into a Gatsby-style 1920s retreat. Listen to live music while enjoying the delicious buffet and glass of champagne included in the ticket price. If you'd prefer to skip the seated dinner and show and commence straight to partying the night away, the VIP Party Only option takes place in Rockwell's dazzling second-floor VIP salon, decorated Gatsby-style, where you can enjoy the buffet, a champagne toast, a balloon drop and live music. Excellent show. Last half after intermission seemed too short. All four men contributed equally. Good choreography. I didn't recognize the slow song, performed exceedingly well as they sat on stools. This show has the makings of a Las Vegas act. We were expecting to see the choreography that was used by the Temptations re-enacted on the Temptations songs. The group may wish to consider two other Temptations songs, by lead singer, David Ruffin, 'Ain't Too Proud to Beg' and 'I Wish it Wouldn't Rain.' Great energy! The audience likes it when the performers take time to communicate by ad libbing. The group may wish to consider expanding on this a bit. Inspiring entertainment!!!
