Hailed as "the best musical of this century" by Ben Brantley of The New York Times and "the funniest musical of all time" by Entertainment Weekly, The Book of Mormon won nine Tony Awards -- including Best Musical -- in its first year on Broadway. Now the national touring production is back at the Pantages for a second round of hilarity. Written by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone along with Robert Lopez, the Tony-winning co-creator of Avenue Q, this musical comedy is a show that The Daily Show's Jon Stewart has called "a crowning achievement. So good it makes me angry." Learn More

I really enjoyed the play. The acting was great!
The only suggestion is that you have to get to the theatre at least 45 minutes early, due to the parking. There is only street parking and that could be a problem.
The theatre was very comfortable.
Award-winning film and television producer Gregory Sabatino collaborated with director Laura Henry on the play selection, choosing John Guare’s work for its power to provoke thought about current affairs in the United States, including the cult of celebrity, the war in Iraq, the treatment of those suspected of terrorism and the Patriot Act among others.
Starring as Artie in The House of Blue Leaves is Jack Conley (Traffic, Get Shorty, L.A._ Confidential, Fun with Dick and Jane, The Closer_, The West Wing, CSI, NYPD Blue among others). Francesca Casale (_World__ Trade Center_, City Slickers, Heartburn, Law and Order, The Equalizer and _General__ Hospital_ among others) stars as Bunny.
