The Little Theater LA performs The Little Mermaid, the classic children's story adapted from Hans Christian Andersen's tale about the mermaid who wants to explore the vast and enticing world above the waves. After rescuing a drowning prince and falling in love with him, the mermaid makes a dangerous bargain with an evil Sea Witch to win the prince's heart. This adventure is audience interactive and will have children from ages 4 to 90 singing along, cheering for the heroes and booing the villains. All children receive a music maker at the beginning of the show to play along with the cast. After the show, stick around to meet the cast.

I thought the entire production was creative and well performed. The songs were enjoyable and the actors sang beautifully. The theater was the perfect size for young kids and the interaction with the actors and stage a great plus for them. I would recommend this production to others.
