The last lyricist to work with Richard Rodgers, Jessel was co-composer/lyricist of the Broadway Sherlock Holmes musical "BAKER STREET." His songs are recorded by Louis Armstrong, Jimmy Durante, Sammy Davis Jr., Michael Feinstein, and others. Making his debut (at 72!) as a cabaret artist at the Gardenia in 2002, Ray has since performed throughout North America and has been featured at New York's Town Hall. Ray's CD, "Ray Jessel - The First 70 Years" will be available for purchase at the show.
