If you liked the BBC production shown on PBS you will love this play. The play by itself is worthwhile seeing. It was a fun evening with some superb acting.

Extremely witty and often hilarious. The show pokes fun at both US and UK politics (and everywhere else too, I suppose) and is very timely

A very good translation/update of the classic British TV series. All the actors were top notch. Almost all the fireworks were verbal, which is the hallmark of much British comedy writing, going all the way back to Gilbert (W.S.) and Wodehouse...continued

Great seats for an entertaining show in a wonderful theatre. It's British comedy at it's best/worst! The theatre became incredibly cold during the middle of the performance. They had blankets but were also kind enough to turn down the air...continued

If you listen to the LA Times review, you'll regret it. Run to see this play. This was a very funny farce with excellent cast and amazing dialog. The political aspects are general knowledge and the English accents were capable of being...continued

Lead-footed political farce with few laughs, it picks up a bit in the second act, though not enough to salvage a poorly written and poorly directed minor play. The pacing was terrible the night I saw the show, but cutting 20 minutes out of the...continued

The male leads were hilarious. It's as funny as the TV show and that's high praise.

Terrific courageous performances. It's great to see such intelligent theater bold enough to look at the absurdities of our politicians and bureaucrats. The humor was terrific. The performances by the cast outstanding. The only sad part is that the...continued

I enjoyed the first act and thought the second act was a little over the top silly for me. Not the type of show I enjoy.

Make sure to bone up on The Economist before attending; Anglophobes will not appreciate this show. Exceptionally academic and intelligent, in the sense of Shaw's later work, and that's not a thoroughly positive thing. There's a reason you've...continued

This is a funny and beautiful play about the distractions used by politicians in England to keep the people in the dark, pretty much the same in USA. The actors were magnificent. After the play, there was a Q&A with them.
The Parking is $7.00 at...continued

Overall it was light entertainment. The first half was slow and pretty dull. I almost walked out. I'm glad I stayed for the second half because it picked up, and was funnier. I wouldn't recommend it though.

The theater was lovely and had convenient, adjacent parking. The play was hilarious. An excellent experience.
