The Manhattan was and beautiful boat.. and for once Global Warming had a slight positive effect, this late in the season the fall colors were still vibrantly evident. The brunch was plentiful and this from a 6'2", 285 lb man - so i can eat! The crew and captain we not only knowledgeable but friendly making us feel like we were guest on their private yacht not patrons - I would recommend this in a heart beat...
Climb aboard the Manhattan, Classic Harbor LIne's cozy, elegant 1920s-style yacht, and travel northbound on the Hudson River!
Admire the last leaves of fall in all their splendor through the skylights of the ship’s heated and enclosed observatory. Observe New York's most dramatic natural wonders and colorful foliage as the seasons change.
On this two hour and forty-five minute cruise, take in picturesque views from the glassed-in observatory. Highlights along the way include:
- The beautiful upper west side of Manhattan
- The Majestic George Washington Bridge
- The orange, golden and brown leaves of the Fall season
- Hudson River Valley up to the Tappan Zee Bridge
- The Palisades Park land, one of New York's most dramatic geological features
