Inspired by three separate works written by master of the macabre Edgar Allan Poe ("The Murders in the Rue Morgue," "The Mystery of Marie Roget" and "The Purloined Letter"), this production marks the world premiere of the intriguing new mystery: A Familiar Visage. Forlorn and reeling in the wake of a personal tragedy, a 19th-century American journalist is quick to accept an overseas assignment, if only for the distraction it will provide. But working with the world's first detective proves to be more than just a minor distraction. As one clue leads to another, these two find themselves unlocking an increasingly malevolent mystery that will keep them -- and you -- guessing until the very end. Learn More

The next production coming to Martinez Campbell Theatre is “Shipwrecked! An Entertainment - The Amazing Adventures of Louis de Rougemont” and written by another favorite play writer Donald Margulies.
