Marsha Norman's explosive, eloquent and enthralling 1983 play was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and nominated for four Tony Awards, including Best Play. An enormously acclaimed two-person play, 'night, Mother centers around Jessie, a middle-aged, epileptic woman who moves back in with her mother. As mother and daughter spend a high-stakes evening together, the ensuing debate -- sometimes quiet, sometimes tempestuous -- ultimately gives rise to our deepest, most personal questions about how and why we value life. Because, you see, Jessie has decided that life is no longer worth living -- and as she prepares for her own death, her mother will try anything in order to stop her. Learn More

Enjoyable evening. Very nice venue and delicious appetizers! Video games were the topic for this show. There were some very creative bits. Would have liked to have heard a little more on current video games. We had the only child in the room - he had so much fun at the last one he insisted on going again! He was familiar with several of games they discussed and found out about one old one I am now searching for. Although not really intended for you to bring your young ones, he hears worse at school & on TV, we all enjoyed the show and will be checking back for upcoming topics!
Kieran’s Irish Pub Titanic Room is an all-ages venue, but perfomances are not censored for adult language or content.
