This performance was very entertaining, but it was not the quality of Smuin Ballet, also in the area. There were two dance companies, the Menlowe Ballet which had more sets, costumes, graceful dances. The Savage Dance Co. was more starkley dressed, more athletic, exhibiting strength, power, flow of dance. Worth seeing for the price...

Menlowe Ballet presents the dazzling duo of Michael Lowe's cultural ballet Double Happiness and audience favorite Cirque. These works each highlight very different aspects of this new company's strengths while remaining true to the harmonious representation of life that the company holds dear. Rounding out the diverse program are works from Savage Jazz Dance Company.
