If you sit on the lawn at Shoreline, don't expect to see much of the stage, it's very low and not visible unless standing all the time. But the giant TV screens were great.

I ditto the comments made by the first person. This was way too long. Tickets say 2:30, well that's when the gates open. Then like cattle we had to wait until 3:30 to go to the lawn. Show didn't start until 5:40. Very long day. The music was...continued

Lilith Fair, the traveling music festival that celebrates women in music, is returning for 2010. This year, the festival will feature eleven acts on three stages, including Heart, The Bangles, founder of the festival Sarah McLachlan, Miranda Lambert and Colbie Caillat. Lilith Fair, founded in 1997 by musician Sarah McLachlan and executives from Nettwerk Records, has raised over $10 million for women’s charities.

About the Ticket Supplier: Lilith Fair Productions Ltd.

From 1997 through 1999, Lilith Fair was one of the highest grossing touring festivals in the world, with over 1.5 million fans in attendance and raising over $10 million dollars for national and local charities. Founded by Grammy-award winning artist Sarah McLachlan along with Dan Fraser, Marty Diamond and Terry McBride, Lilith Fair was the only tour of its kind--a celebration of women in music featuring artists like Sheryl Crow, Christina Aguilera, Erykah Badu, The Dixie Chicks, Missy Elliot, The Pretenders, Nelly Furtado, Jewel, Queen Latifah, Indigo Girls, Tegan and Sara and of course, Sarah McLachlan.

Nearly 6 months ago, Nettwerk CEO and Lilith Fair co-founder Terry McBride announced that the all-female festival would make its return in Summer 2010.
