Hair -- The Grooviest '60s Rock Musical
An electrifying rock score and colorful cast of characters provide highlights to Hair, as does its timeless story of a generation looking to change the world. This thoroughly groovy show continues to strike a chord with audiences nearly 50 years after its original Broadway debut, with great tunes like "Aquarius," "Good Morning, Starshine," "Let the Sun Shine In," and "Easy To Be Hard," as well as its affectionate look at a peace-loving band of hippies, who search for life's answers amidst the turbulent Vietnam War era of the '60s. Though the show is known for its on-stage nudity, the cast of this Up and Coming Theatre Company production remains fully clothed throughout the show.
