Born out of a music class at Washington, D.C.'s Howard University in 2002, jazz and pop a cappella ensemble Afro-Blue has gone on to widespread fame and acclaim. The current 10-person group has been performing together since 2009, and came to national attention thanks to its appearance on NBC's hit singing competition show The Sing-Off. Good show! I really enjoyed them. Should have added several additional songs. Thought the show was a little short (only 1 hour).
