Excellent all the way around: knowledgable narrator (and you could hear him from anywhere on vessel), very nice food and drink options - also plentiful, super-helpful crew. ('Nice to see a couple of hard-working women in it, too.) Lots of value for the money - thanks, Goldstar and the crew of the Manhattan! (And don't forget to tip your crew generously, everyone!)

A picture perfect afternoon. The guide was excellent. Lots of interesting anecdotes and open to questions. Our fellow passengers were from all over the world and gave another perspective. The weather was clear and sunny which didn't hurt at all!

It was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was informative and gave us a wonderful overview of the geography and highlights of Manhattan and surrounding islands and communities. We were treated royally with lovely refreshments.

This was the maiden voyage for the architectural boat tour, and my friend and I really enjoyed it. Loved the little trivia here and there about the buildings and neighborhoods. The boat was clean and beautiful. I will take this tour again and again, and I can't wait to see how it improves.

About the Ticket Supplier: Classic Harbor Line LLC

Built in 1994 in the Scarano Boat Building of Albany, New York, the Schooner Adirondack is an 80-foot wooden replica of a classic turn-of-the-century pilot schooner.

Heading south from Chelsea Piers and down the Hudson River to Battery Park, the Schooner Adirondack passes by Ellis Island and sails out to the Statue of Liberty. Wind and time permitting, she will head toward Governor's Island, breeze by the Financial District and the Brooklyn Bridge on the East River.

The 1920s-style motor yacht "Manhattan," also built by Scarano Boat Building, is brand new to the New York City harbor as of spring 2006. This 80-foot, wood-trimmed, Gilded Era commuter yacht runs full circumnavigations of Manhattan, dinner cruises and sunset cruises, and is available for private charter.
