'Tis the season for Pumpkin Ales, crisp ciders, and Harvest Wheat Brews! Grab your beer-lovin' buds or a loved one and join us for this cozy Autumnal Beer & hors d'oeuvres pairing cruise.
Varying local brew masters are your hosts on this fall-themed beer and hors d' oeuvres pairing adventure.
As we head out into the crisp, fall New York harbor, sit back and relax in our comfy, cozy & chic glassed-in observatory, while our host introduces you to 5 different brews from their specialty craft brewery.
Learn about how their special flavors are created and what foods pair appropriately with each. All brews will be paired with specially-designed hors d' oeuvres prepared by our on-board gourmet-trained chef. This cruise is sure to arouse your taste buds and to get you into the fall holiday spirit!
On this 2 hour Autumnal Beer Pairing Cruise, you will take in picturesque views from the, heated and enclosed back-deck observatory of this 1920's style motor yacht.
Highlights along the way include:
- Battery Park, South Street Seaport and the Financial District
- Governor's Island, The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island
- Parts of Brooklyn and Queens and the complete New York City skyline
- The Williamsburg, Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges of the East River
Each week, the cruise will be feauring beers from different breweries.
September 30th – Hosted by Justin Philips of Beer Table, Park Slope Brooklyn. His amazing restaurant carries an eclectic combination of craft beers from around the world. Justin has been described as a LIQUID OMNIVORE and has traveled the world in his quest to learn more. Join him in this special pairing cruise featuring 5 different US craft beers. A special small plate pairing will be created to complement each beer.
October 7th - Hosted by Kelly Taylor of Kelso of Brooklyn. Kelso creates craft beers using sustainable practices to impact the environment in a positive enriching manner. From fresh easy drinking Pilsner to Sour Cherry Lambic their beers are interesting and unique. They recently have partnered with Stone Barns at Blue Hill to create seasonal beers using the freshest of quality ingredients. A special small plate pairing will be created to complement each beer.

This winery, nestled in the foothills of the Hudson Valley between Mt. Adam and Mt. Eve produces world class cider, distilled fruit cordials and still wine. Join us in this special pairing to include delicious a special Kir Royal, and an Apple, Pear and Raspberry cider. We will finish the evening with a cherry cordial liquor and dark chocolate! A special small plate pairing will be created to complement each beer.
November 4th – Hosted by Matt Polacheck of Coney Island Craft Brews by Shmaltz Brewing Company. Shmaltz Brewing Company has been brewing craft beers in Brooklyn for 12 years. Their line of Coney Island Beers are artistic delights both to the palate and to the eye - from Albino Python with flavors of ginger and fennel to their special Jewbelation12 with 12 hops/12 maltz, 12 years, 12 % alcohol. This will be a special evening for all beer enthusiasts. A special small plate pairing will be created to complement each beer.

Classic Harbor Line LLC
Built in 1994 in the Scarano Boat Building of Albany, New York, the Schooner Adirondack is an 80-foot wooden replica of a classic turn-of-the-century pilot schooner.
Heading south from Chelsea Piers and down the Hudson River to Battery Park, the Schooner Adirondack passes by Ellis Island and sails out to the Statue of Liberty. Wind and time permitting, she will head toward Governor's Island, breeze by the Financial District and the Brooklyn Bridge on the East River.
The 1920s-style motor yacht "Manhattan," also built by Scarano Boat Building, is brand new to the New York City harbor as of spring 2006. This 80-foot, wood-trimmed, Gilded Era commuter yacht runs full circumnavigations of Manhattan, dinner cruises and sunset cruises, and is available for private charter.
