One of the most influential bands of the 1960s, the Byrds pioneered a brand of folk-pop which combined the eloquent lyrics and social activism of Bob Dylan with the melodic sense and psychedelic influences of the Beatles. Second Flyte plays this classic band's music at B.B. King's; they've received praise from the Byrds' own Chris Hillman, among others.

The Byrds combined the upbeat, melodic pop of the Beatles with the message-oriented lyrics of Bob Dylan into a wholly original sound that would be branded folk-rock.

Second Flyte is a true tribute band that will transport you back in time to experience the sights and sounds of a Byrds concert circa the era of 1965-68, back to an era where "flower power" and rock and roll were exploding on all fronts.
