As usual the friendly crew goes above and beyond to make your time on the Manhattan fabulous. Celebrated my Mom's 78th bday and what fun - after our complementary glass of Champagne I bought the house Bottle of Classic Harbor Line's own Champagne for only $20 what a treat - coupled with the feast I bought of sushi, fried chicken, fruits & nuts the ride was incredible - the crew even sang Happy Birthday to my MomWritten on Jun 13 2010

To each their own, I guess. My experience was great -- but I'm a local and not a tourist needing a blow-by-blow of the city's buildings. My trip was mostly couples and small groups, and the crew was polite but not intrusive. That gave most of us a chance to do what we came to do: talk, mingle, and enjoy the night air without a lot of interruption. The music played for about half the night, and it was perfect -- upbeat, airy and Dido'ish -- which is great for a beautiful night out!Written on Jul 21 2007

Great bang for your buck. Nice and romantic instead of touristy (i.e. no announcing what every single landmark is). Small, friendly, cute atmosphere. I very much enjoyed it! Can't beat what you get for this price.Written on Aug 20 2007

About the Ticket Supplier: Classic Harbor Line LLC
Built in 1994 in the Scarano Boat Building of Albany, New York, the Schooner Adirondack is an 80-foot wooden replica of a classic turn-of-the-century pilot schooner.
Heading south from Chelsea Piers and down the Hudson River to Battery Park, the Schooner Adirondack passes by Ellis Island and sails out to the Statue of Liberty. Wind and time permitting, she will head toward Governor's Island, breeze by the Financial District and the Brooklyn Bridge on the East River.
The 1920s-style motor yacht "Manhattan," also built by Scarano Boat Building, is brand new to the New York City harbor as of spring 2006. This 80-foot, wood-trimmed, Gilded Era commuter yacht runs full circumnavigations of Manhattan, dinner cruises and sunset cruises, and is available for private charter.
