Captain & crew very friendly and accomodating. Nice beer selection, cheap champagne though. Awesome night, perfect weather, perfect way to end a night! Very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. The down side: A few couples having full-blown make-out sessions. I mean, a few kisses here and there is okay, but otherwise, c'mon guys, we're not in high school anymore, get a room would ya?!!Otherwise, a flawless NYC experience even for us natives. Would DEFINETELY DO IT AGAIN!!!!Written on Jul 29 2008

It was my first time on something like this and I was pleasantly surpised. I took my girlfriend for her birthday and it was great. I'd definitely do it again albeit earlier in the day (kind of chilly at night).Written on May 26 2008

This was a fantastic cruise! The staff was funny and personable and provided outstanding service for me and my friends. Besides spending a while gazing up close at the Statue of Liberty, the highlight of the evening was enjoying fireworks at the southern tip of Manhattan. We couldn't figure out if it was just a coincidence or if this show was meant just for us. I'd like to think it was the latter. This cruise was just great and I highly recommend it to both visitors to New York and locals.Written on Oct 06 2008

About the Ticket Supplier: Classic Harbor Line LLC
Built in 1994 in the Scarano Boat Building of Albany, New York, the Schooner Adirondack is an 80-foot wooden replica of a classic turn-of-the-century pilot schooner.
Heading south from Chelsea Piers and down the Hudson River to Battery Park, the Schooner Adirondack passes by Ellis Island and sails out to the Statue of Liberty. Wind and time permitting, she will head toward Governor's Island, breeze by the Financial District and the Brooklyn Bridge on the East River.
The 1920s-style motor yacht "Manhattan," also built by Scarano Boat Building, is brand new to the New York City harbor as of spring 2006. This 80-foot, wood-trimmed, Gilded Era commuter yacht runs full circumnavigations of Manhattan, dinner cruises and sunset cruises, and is available for private charter.
