the main event was to see the fireworks, and that they did well, but I would definitely suggest that next year try another line. We were to be there by 6:30 for a 7:00 o'clock boarding. It was so disorganized that we did not get on the ship until 8:00, and it was terribly hot waiting in line to get on, then once on there were no chairs on deck, and too hot and noisy to go below. The food which wasn't very good ran out, etc. I would say try another group next year.Written on Jul 05 2010

From the onset this event was a disaster. My ticket was for the Harbor Lights, which was the last ship to board, almost one and a half hours late. They were grossly under staffed, and once on the boat the lines for a drink and food were unbelievable. The air conditioning on both indoor decks were not functioning properly and to say the least "it was hot". The fireworks were great, but I would never use this company again!!!Written on Jul 06 2010

Very disorganized boarding process. Waited outside in line 1.5 hours even after arriving earlier than the suggested pre-boarding time. We left a half hour late which hindered our access to the fireworks view. Not enough food for everybody at the "dinner service". Bartenders, good, though. Music very dated- very senior prom 2000. Cruise itself was nice after we finally got settled, but we were lucky it was a beautiful night weather-wise. However, overall, do not recommend; spend a little but more money for a better experience somewhere else! Pls note this picture was taken from the bow of the boat at the peak of the show!Written on Jul 05 2010

I agree substantially with the prior review. The wait and boarding process was HORRENDOUS. No one knew what was going on - or if they did - did not let anyone know.Written on Jul 05 2010
Once on board, the waits for food and drink, were also horribly handled. No organization.
The view of the fireworks was good.
