Absolutely HYSTERICAL! We had such a great time! Katie has an amazing voice and is not afraid to say the word F*ck. Her songs are very clever and to the point. We laughed from start to finish. We were lucky enough to bring the show home with us, by Katie giving away her CD for free because it was the last night at the Triad! She will be starting July 1 at Joe's Pub. You MUST see this show! It is absolutely hysterical. One of the best parts was "I'm A Soccer Mom Ho!"Written on May 18 2012
The Triad is always enjoyable for shows. The seating is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The drinks (2 drink minimum) are always delicious! Try the Almond Joy - It ROCKS!

My friend an I enjoyed this event tremendously!! Katie is not only funny but one heck of a talented singer!! We kinda wished she'd give us a straight forward song at some point so we could seriously enjoy her voice, BUT serious is NOT what this night is about, LOLWritten on Feb 11 2012
Both my friend and I discussed the event two days later and admitted telling everyone at work! We were super lucky enough to be the night she gave out free CD of her show!!! We've listened to it several times since last week. Great "feel good" night. To make it more enjoyable, be sure and bring a friend with a sense of humor.
Place is small and sweet. No seat is a bad seat BUT I bought Balcony Special and were NOT shown the way to any balcony. After I realized this, I noticed the entire balcony area was dark (I guess that area was not being used). Def. worth the visit, we all need a good laugh. BTW, drinks aren't super expensive ($10-12 for mixed drinks) but if you're on a budget get the wine at $7 a glass. Our total for 4 drinks (2drink min. each) = $50something. They include 18% tip so don't leave a tip on the table.

ATTENTION: You may have saved on the ticket but you must consume 2 drinks per person, cash only. And THAT is where they get the money, as prices were pretty steep -- Nightclub-like. So expect to spend more than you would for some off-broadway plays. She is good, but not off-broadway good.Written on Feb 10 2012

Description
An internationally-touring musical comedienne, Goodman is known for providing an audience with an act that is political, personal, and wildly entertaining. Her recently released first solo album, I Didn’t F*ck It Up,” received enormous praise from Punchline Magazine, which said, "On par not just with any woman in modern comedy, not just with any music act in modern comedy but, categorically on par with anyone working the current comedy scene ... Impressive ... Magnificent."
Goodman continues to gain recognition and popularity throughout the country on YouTube and beyond. As the headliner, co-writer, and co-director (with her husband, Soren Kisiel) of the internationally traveling show Broad Comedy, she won top honors at the Edinburgh Fringe being named a “Top-Ten Sketch Comedy Pick” (FringeReview), the Vancouver Fringe Festival (Pick of the Fringe), and critical acclaim in Los Angeles and Boston during their 3-month runs.
No matter where she performs, Katie Goodman’s audacity and humor have won over audiences and critics alike. The Boston Globe praised her act as having “impeccable comic timing” and said, “the fun is infectious,” while The Huffington Post remarked on her brazen performance by stating, “Finally, someone said what we were all thinking.” The Comedy Central Insider, too, revered her when they said, “Katie Goodman brought down the house … brilliant!”
Known for her sense of raw humor and playfulness, Katie holds nothing back on stage. Her charming-yet-challenging style and material appeal to both men and women and you can take a sneak peak at her hi-jinks on YouTube, particularly with the hit, “I Didn’t F*ck It Up,” which is sweeping the nation.
