The view was spectacular, and the crowd was convivial. It seemed to me that no one wanted to be outside, so were all stuffed onto the deck, enjoying the sunshine. I could barely hear the music above the chatter. But, it was a very gracious way to attend a ball game, and I really like the idea of traveling by water.

The only critique I have is that lack of adequate signing, to find the boat itself. We walked up and down FDR drive, at the port, looking for a sign, and saw nothing. Our numbers grew, and like Moses, we wandered around for what seemed like years. We finally asked a parking attendant (the only person around who wasn't looking for the boat). He gave some guidance, and we found the doorway, which was tucked back, and out of sight from the street. They carded everyone, so be sure to bring your ID.

Sure beat taking the 7 train! Amazing views of Manhattan, watched planes taking off from La Guardia, listened to a great mix of 80's hard rock music with cold beer in hand. I definitely want to do this again.

BEST WAY TO GET TO CITIFIELD IF THE WEATHER IS NICE. DRINKS ARE $8-10, ONLY DOWNFALL.

DIDN'T SEE ANY REASON WHY YOU COULDN'T BRING YOUR OWN BOOSE.

WELL WORTH IT, I'LL TRY IT AGAIN FOR DMB IN JULY.

I had a really good time. Fun way to get to the game if you go with a group of friends and the weather is nice.
