It was okay. Not too many people came out for this event. It was also cold on the water. Some people weren't dressed warmly, but I was. In the evening on the water it tends to get a lot colder than inland.

I had previously seen this band at BB Kings, their performance there was great, they played more than a few PRINCE tunes....HOWEVER on the boat, which was extremely too small for me, the music was too loud and they didn't play nearly as much PRINCE songs as before, I think they only played like 3-5 songs in a span of a 3 hour boat ride, and they carried the tune for at least 20-40 minutes per one song...I was very disappointed in them, this time around.

Music by Prince and the New York falls would have been the perfect combo except that the falls get turned off at a certain time, only got to see two and the band didn't play any of the popular Prince songs

I liked the funky music played on the boat. I was looking foward to hearing "When Doves Cry", but that was not played. I was disappointed. Other than that, the singer actually sounded like Prince a little. Thanks for reading.

Thanks It was fun to be amongst Prince fans again always postitive energy. The views of the city and the waterfalls were awesome and the Statue of Liberty was the best. The band Days of Wild were great; I had actually had seem them perform at Paisley Park for a Prince Celebration.
Thanks

First of all let me say the band was AMAZING!!! They sounded great and they were very entertaining.
Now for the bad stuff.
It was 65 degrees out, why were all the windows OPEN!!!!!! I would have rated this event hire but unfortunately I was very uncomfortably cold. Yes, they had a lower floor that was definitely warmer but I bought tickets to see a band, not empty tables and a few drunks downstairs.
It was fortunate for me but unfortunate for the band that the cruise wasn't full at all.
The food wasn’t the best I’ve had on this boat but it was filling and cheap. Their Mets cruises have a better selection.
The boat isn’t the best looking but you really go for the bands. For the price I didn’t mind either.

My friends and I had fun, seeing the city all lit up, great views, including the Statue of Liberty up close. The music was ok, fun perfomers. We even danced for a while. Nice bartender and some free food. You should check it out, definitely worth the value.

More Details
Days of Wild have been playing Prince's songs for over a decade, toured internationally, and even played the week-long annual celebration at Prince's own Paisley Park Studio. But they are more than just a Prince band. You can hear funky classics by Sly and the Family Stone, Stevie Wonder and James Brown as well, but make no mistake... Prince's music is still at the forefront of what makes them tick. They're not just about the music, they're also all about spreading love. You will often see them inviting musicians to play and sing, as well as audience members to join in. Days Of Wild has become less of a band, but more of state of mind. If you go with an open mind, then you leave feeling like you are a member of the band, because they're all about interaction and inclusion.
