Shlomo is a new musical about "The Singing Rabbi" Shlomo Carlebach, who escaped from Nazi Germany to America, and became a folk music star, sharing stages with musicians including Bob Dylan and Nina Simone. The score features over 40 tunes by the beloved and controversial rabbi, who traveled the world from his hippie commune in San Francisco, spreading a message of love and joy.

Very uplifting musical with a lot of heart. whoever knew Shlomo and loved and respected him, as I did, appreciated this loving tribute.

it hurt my head

The play was great, but the seating and ticket organization was a complete mess. The show was also a little long.
