Sorry, Don McLean, but this is The Night the Music Lived. On February 2, 1959, Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J.P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson performed for the last time at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa. Hours later, their plane crashed 6 miles northwest of the city marking perhaps the biggest loss in rock and roll history. Using researched information and the accounts of musicians at that concert, B.B. King Blues Club will bring that night to life with the sound of these three music icons. You'll hear classic songs like "That'll Be The Day," "Peggy Sue," "It's So Easy," "La Bamba," "Oh Donna" and "Chantilly Lace" during this epic tribute experience.
