You invited me to reply to this email with any questions about this event. I attended the event and was most impressed with the show itself. However, the staff and the treatment were far less than what I expected. The staff in general was rude and abrupt as well as uncaring. That is of no concern to Goldstar, I know. It is a problem that must be addressed by Radio City Music Hall.
Aside from the comments about the staff, not enough accolades can be placed on the performers and the performance at this fantastic event. We brought our grand daughter to the Christmas Spectacular and she was spell bound through out the entire show. This not only showed what great entertainment was taking place, but it also afforded us the opportunity of actually watching the show instead of trying to keep her focused on the event. Yes, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this production, and yes, we are looking forward to next year’s Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular.
the show is about 1 hour and 35 minutes. I like the Rockettes.. It a bit too short for me. Be ontime, we were 2 minutes lates and they don't let us in until the 1st performance is finished. We got the vouchers the popcorn and soda. The line was so long at the popcorn stand, we end up going into the show late. So... get there early....
It was really SPECTACULAR. The manger scene was fabulous. All the performers were excellent and astonishing.
