I wanted to create a more memorable Valentine's day for my fiance than just the typical candlelit dinner. I found My Bloody Valentine's on goldstar and thought it was perfect! He loved the idea and we've share our first (and very non-traditional) Valentine's day in NYC!Written on Feb 15 2010
Pros: "RIP" service was worth the extra cost. We bypassed the line and received "goody bags" at the conclusion of the night. Also, using the goldstar discounted tickets instead of the $45/per at the door was a much better deal.
Cons: Its a haunted house walk-though that lasted about 15-20 mins tops. Won't fill up your agenda for the whole night. Have plans for something else to do either before or after.

Every Halloween, we attend Blood Manor and always have a Good time. We were excited when we saw they had this for Valentine's weekend. It was so much fun! The VIP tickets allowed us priority treatment and the price was great. We look forward to the next Blood Manor event.Written on Mar 09 2010

I have always wanted to go to Blood Manor and with Goldstar's member discount, it was the perfect opportunity to go. Having a V.I.P. pass was worth it- no wait time at all. We bypass about 50 people on the regular line and it was great. The staff was great and they provided the perfect "tone" before entering the "haunted house".Written on Feb 15 2010
I don't want to give the rest away, but it was great! My husband and I had so much fun and would go again. I will note that the walk through was shorter than expected, about 20 mins. The goody bag was cool too. Our one observation was that it would have been nice to have the option to take a photo with some of the cast because they looked amazing, even if it cost more.
So, if you love scary things and get a thrill out it, go to Blood Manor. I can't wait for Halloween!!!

I bought these tickets as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day weekend. We had "RIP" and went directly up, so that's worth it! And it was really good given the room decor and awesome costumes! The only complaint we had was that it seemed too short (about 15 minutes long). We wish that it would have been longer, but we would still reccomend it to others! Also, a group in front of us had a camcorder and were recording when they were not supposed to, and were not stopped from doing it. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.
