The evening starts out with socializing at an open bar featuring wine and spirits. The happy hour is followed by a 60-90 minute beginner's class. No experience is necessary, and partners rotate, so you can come on your own or with friends. It was an amazing event. I was feeling absolutely great and enjoyed every minute. Our adorable and gracious instructor was very attentive and inspired me to do my best at something I always dreamnt about but was perhaps too shy to try especially at age 50. Zack was also very nice and the minute I aksed for water he was there pouring glasses on the double. Get a taste of Bollywood with a dance lesson taught by an award-winning choreographer. This 2-hour event includes a Bollywood Dance lesson, socializing with new friends and complimentary food and drinks.
Bollywood dance is a modern Indian dance. It’s a combination of classical Indian dance, Folk, Jazz, Hip-Hop and sometimes has a Latin and Arabic sway. It’s fun, very expressive and with great meaning behind music in films.
