This concert was wonderful. Not only were the songs from the latest Celtic Woman CD (Songs of the Heart) touching and fun, but the showmanship exhibited was amazing. My fiancé and I had a great time enjoying delicious Radio City Rocketini's and listening to the show. All of the vocalists (i.e. Chloë Agnew, Lynn Hilary, Lisa Kelly, Alex Sharpe) and the band were amazing, but the real standout of the show was fiddler Máiréad Nesbitt. She is fascinating. I'm happy that I was able to score discount tickets on Goldstar because this show was not to be missed. The level of talent that was on that stage was well worth the full ticket price.Written on Feb 28 2010

The women's voices were superb however their monotonous near "dance" movements were like watching slow motion; mesmerizing but not exciting. Mid show they either lulled me to sleep because they were singing such non lively songs, or they started to fall asleep themselves. They seemed to lose their momentum-I think more because of their choices of music and song though. The band, especially the drummers livened up the show and they all (singers included) came on strong at the end when returning to stage after they finished the regular show with a few more songs. The whole show should have been as lively as the last few songs.Written on Mar 18 2011
