This spring, iAdventure presents the second installment of its popular Cocktail War Series, The Spring Cocktail War. Two of New York's best mixologists will compete head-to-head to create the best cocktail using a series of secret ingredients in the allotted time. But you won't be left to sit and watch longingly -- as a member of the audience, you get to be the judge. Each week presents new ingredients and challenges as bartenders work their way through the tournament bracket to be crowned winner of The Spring Cocktail War. For the guests, the event is presented as a party featuring a rotating selection of delicious stationed appetizers, a DJ and five cocktail tastings plus two full cocktails. it was a great time. lots of delicious chocolates were sampled and purchased. the wines and beers were also good.
