Ring in the New Year with the lords and ladies of Medieval Times. The evening begins with the famed Medieval Times experience. Before the show, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and explore the hair-raising Museum of Torture as you arrive. At show time, settle in to feast on a four-course banquet and cheer for your favorite knight. The chivalrous warriors compete in jousting, swordsmanship, thrilling hand-to-hand combat, and displays of extraordinary horsemanship. After the show, medieval times give way to modern times with a DJ and dancing, party favors, a champagne toast and balloon drop at midnight. After your night of parting, restore your energy with a continental breakfast. Learn More

I enjoyed the DJ and the music and the fireworks. But someone was smoking marijuana on the boat and that really turned me off.Even the DJ called the pot smoker out! I don't have a problem with people smoking marijuana-I just don't understand why the person(s) couldn't wait until they got off the boat and smoke it at their residence. And although cigarette smoking is allowed, some people smoked the whole time they were on the boat, smelling up the air and aggravating my asthma.
Also, everyone on the upper deck should have been provided with a chair. The boat was not crowded so everyone could have sat comfortably. I ended up sitting on the stereo deck most of the time
because of course no one got up from their seats.
My purse was thoroughly checked by security but the pot smoker(s) got on with their "joints" and security did not notice it.
I would never go on any of their boat rides again and would not recommend them to anyone else. This company scrutinizes some passengers too much but allows others to do as they please.
