Laugh Match is a combination of stand up comedy performances and matchmaking between comedy sets. As an audience member, it's super fun to either be matched with somebody else in the audience by a comedian who has just performed or to watch others be matched. The comedian as matchmaker just adds another level of hilarity and wackiness to the whole matchmaking/dating part. There were a bunch of attractive people in the audience - and definitely more women than men...good opportunity for single men!Written on Aug 13 2009

Laugh Match combines matchmaking and comedy in a completely new and entertaining way to find love. Part comedy show, part singles mixer, Laugh Match takes the dreaded awkward moments of a first date and adds a healthy dose of humor!
Professional comedians play the role of matchmakers in this totally unique live event. After performing short routines onstage, the comedians mix amongst the crowd looking for 2 people to pair up on an impromptu date. Improvised running commentary adds to the fun. The laughs and love-sparks fly as comedians try to do what nagging mothers attempt every day... hook people up!
Created and hosted by comedian Helen Hong from E! Entertainment and TLC, the show features a diverse mix of top national comedians. The best way to meet new people is through laughter!
