We got there at 12:30 and had no problems with getting our tickets. Our seats turned out to the Orchestra section: C which turned out to be great seats. The show started only about 5 minutes late could be because a lot of people were still making their way to there seats. I took my nieces and nephew the oldest being 14 and the youngest 7 and they all had a great time. Show was not so long as to loose the interest of the youngest. Show was for younger kids than you would think. 5-year olds were on the very high end. Seats were terrible despite Red Velvet membership (2nd show in a row where that was the case), despite many empty seats around the theater. Very disappointing.Written on Apr 21 2011

No problem at will call picking up tickets. Pretty good seats. Attended with grandsons 8 and 5. They said show was O.K and seemed to enjoy it. However there were a lot of distractions, people taking flash photography (not allowed, but no one stopped them), grownups and children talking during performance, people coming and going. I don't know if I would return to Radio City again as I don't believe the staff controlled the situation at all and those of us who wanted to see the show should not have had to deal with all these distractions.
