Tip- Pick up your tickets at will call booth before the event (at least 3 hours). Really long lines, but luckily I had picked mine up beforehand and we were able to pass through to the admission line. Once upstairs, you are grouped together with about 7-10 people, and left to go through the museum in the dark. It is pitch dark with some strobe lights. It can get very intense since they have actors who jump out from what you think are the wax statues to scare you. I had a fun time, since all that screaming from everyone else just gets fun. Im not into haunted house, but this was borderline scary, not gory just surprise sneak up on you in the dark fun.
Madame Tussauds After Dark awakens Times Square’s restless souls for The Haunting. Tread the wax museum’s corridors in unnerving darkness and feel chills run up your spine as hundreds of sinister eyes follow your every move. Hear the horrifying screams that never end, but no one seems to be around. See why Madame Tussauds is notorious for terrifying paranormal activity, especially at night. Is there life after dark? You be the judge.
