One of Broadway's most successful composers, Stephen Schwartz joins Drama Desk-winning actor-writer Jim Brochu (Zero Hour) for an evening of conversation and some of the composer's most famous tunes, performed by special guests from Broadway and cabaret stages. With shows like Wicked, Pippin and Godspell to his name, Schwartz is a living legend of musical theater. He's also written songs for a number of films, including Disney's Pocahontas and The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and has won multiple Grammys and Academy Awards. In this intimate evening, he'll discuss his life and work, while you enjoy his most treasured songs. Learn More

"Marquee Five" are an outstanding entertainment group. The arrangement of their musical numbers is unusual and extremely well executed. I enjoyed their version of "Carousel Waltz" so much, and doubt any other group could have executed it as well.
The harmony of their voices was musically delightful.
My only critique is of the microphones and all their wires. Had they used portable mics the show would have moved more smoothly.
It would nice to see more frequent performances by them.
Marquee Five’s CD, 8-Track Throwback, is available for purchase after the show, on iTunes and at the group’s website;
