Experience an amazing night of high-flying feats and stunning imagery from Cirque du Soleil. This magical romance, inspired by Shakespeare's The Tempest, takes you to a mysterious island where goddesses walk the land and the rhythm of life is ruled by the cycles of the moon. The daughter of Queen Prospera is undergoing the rituals of her coming-of-age ceremony when a group of young men, caught up in a storm, become stranded on the island. Prospera's daughter falls in love with one of the brave sailors, but the two lovers must overcome many trials and setbacks before finding peace together. As the story unfolds, the dazzling arts of Cirque du Soleil illustrate the tale. The island world of Amaluna bursts to life with jugglers, aerial performers, dancers, unicyclists and much more. Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating & Marriage is the story of Miss Abigail, the most sought-after relationship expert to the stars (think Dr. Ruth meets Emily Post), and her sexy sidekick Paco, as they travel the world teaching Miss Abigail’s outrageously funny and spot-on tips on how to date, mate and marry!
During this 90-minute comedy, you’re guaranteed to laugh out loud and learn a thing or two … like how to have a perfect kiss (it’s all about lip position) … what you should and should not talk about on a date (don’t mention your troll doll collection) … and how to let a man think he wears the pants.
So, grab your girlfriends, your date, your mate (or even your ex!) and see the show today.
As of publication, the current cast includes Broadway’s Christine Pedi (Talk Radio, NEWSical the Musical, Forbidden Broadway), and Eddie Gutierrez.
