Went with a group of girlfriends. All thought it was cute and humourous. We did have a hard time hearing quiet a few of the lines. People had to ask several times to speak up. Loved Paco!

Supremely silly fun - a great way to spend 75 minutes of your evening. Lots of audience participation opportunities for the extroverts (nothing embarrassing). Especially fun for groups.

It's cute, corny and fun. Having a few fun people in the audience made the show better. It's a fun time.

My husband and I had an amazing time. We walk in and had a front row table. The show was funny and interesting. Paco was very very funny. I would definitely recommend this show. The only problem we encounter was the theater was extremely warm. We ask for the AC to be turned up and no one turned it up.

Although I knew where Sofia's was located, the entrance to the venue was not readily apparent. The air conditioning was lacking and the seating uncomfortable. Thankfully, as I too was having difficulty hearing but lack the nerve, audience members shouted out for the performers to speak up a few times.

The cast members were engaging and the show was witty, but I would have been greatly disappointed had I paid full price.

It was funny and Paco made the show! Loved it!

Awful. Not Funny. Not interesting. I don't know how this even made it to a stage. It was only 78 minutes long yet it took everything in me to keep from getting up and leaving.

Greatttt Show

i went with my gf, i believed she enjoyed it more than i did, i felt the the things mentioned are irrelevant to our modern day and age, and even though it was sort of funny, the energy channeled to the audience was not fully there

The show was rather cute. Give credit to the actors for engaging audience members to come up on stage and actually make funny contributions to the show. Well worth the price of admission.

A bit flimsy..Paco was good

I have never, ever written a review of anything. But I have to for this. It was so bad we walked out in the middle. I felt awful for doing it, as there were so few people even in the audience. But it was just not funny at all, and some drunk people behind us made it even more unbearable. Such a disappointment.

Very, very funny show. All of Abigail's guidance still holds true today. My boyfriend loved it too! Great show for girl's night or date night.

Joyce Dewitt looked amazing and it was a really fun show. We had awsome seats in the front row their was audience participation and tons of laughs. It is definately work going to.

It was ok, not super funny nor insightful. I guess if I had to do it again, I wouldn't, rather do something else.

I wouldn't say it was great but it was cute and light and the price was right. They have audience participation although you don't have to participate if you don't want to.

Boring not funny

My husband and I took a couple visiting the city to this play. At first I was a little nervous the the guys would not enjoy the play, but in the end they admitted that they did enjoy it. The play was good, but not great. There was some opportunity in the writing. I'm glad we paid the Goldstar price vs. full price.

This was cute. My girlfriend was more excited to be in the same audience as her childhood idol (The Brady Bunch's character Jan).

Eve Plumb did a great job as did her sidekick Paco. It's cute, fun and interactive (to some extent). There was a lot of laughter from the audience. I would recommend (and have recommended it) going to see it to my friends & family.
The seating was fine as was the venue (as it's off-broadway)

Had a great time. My friend suggested we go (she saw it before with a different Paco). I thought the show was really fun and she enjoyed it the second time, though she said it was a different take on Paco, it was just as good. Hope this helps some others!

I almost didn't go to this because of some of the more negative reviews but I'm so glad that I did!

It was a fun girls night out away from the husband and kids, and the price is definitely worth the laughs we got (especially while one of our own was up on stage... what a riot!) There are lots of little hand outs to remind you how to be a good 'dater/mater/marrier'.

goldstar is such a great find. my lady friend and i had a great time at this show we definitely recommend it. i grew up having a crush on eve and shes still worth having a crush on. meeow.

I had a great time. Dont expect to get too much real dating advice (thats what I expected) but DO expect to have a really great time!

Eve was very nice after the show and we got a picture together. Paco (I forget his name!) was nice too.

Overall, worth the discounted tickets!

Had a really FANTASTIC time! Totally enjoyed the entire show, icluding seeing the actors picking "volunteers" out of the crowd and including them in on the act. LOL Was totally thrilled to see Eve Plumb and "Paco" is such a HOTTIE!! LOL

Saw the Saturday matinee of this and have to say it was really fun! I didn't quite know what to expect, but as soon as I saw that girl dancing 'La Bamba' with Paco I settled into my seat for an enjoyable time. Lots of audience interaction and 'prizes'

Had a blast! Cute space and great (fun) acting jobs!

My husband and I had a blast at this show last night! It's a fun little show especially for those who have been married for awhile. Both "Paco" and "Miss Abigail" were great and were so nice after the show. Plus, they've got a bar and you can drink in your seats (what could be better?)

It was cute, audience ineractivity helped since there were big holes in the script, that might have been funny but missed. Short show, tight quarters, and finding the real entrance door is a pain in the butt. GO INTO THE LOBBY AND TURN AN IMMEDIATE RIGHT AND DOWN THE STAIRS.....NOT THE POSTER DOOR! Eve was good as was the character "Paco". It's not art, but it is entertaining.

It's a fun time at a discounted price. The male lead is very entertaining.

Thankfully these tickets were free- we only paid the processing fee of $8 per ticket. Since it is cheaper than a NYC movie, it was a good deal.

The show was fine but nothing worth seeing. Eve Plumb was a bit condescending. It is easy to see why her career peaked at Jan Brady.

The play itself is a one joke script. Not a bad joke, but not good enough to sustain an entire play.

The material was cute, especially for the Boomer generation. More fun than the material was the subplot between Miss Abigail and her assistant, Paco. He (and some of the audience participation)was the best thing about the show.
It's a short play - maybe an hour and 10 minutes. Do not pay full price - even half might be too much.

this was fun...for the price. I would not pay full price for this, so the value was certainly worth it. The show is funny. The actors are ok. They seem to lack a true stage energy, but overall I would say it's a fun night out.

Terrible! I left early. Nothing about this show was funny - very trite and hackey. Disappointing. I am so glad my tickets were free because if I had paid for this show, I would have demanded a refund.

It was a step up from going to a comedy club. Eve was funny and her sidekick Paco delivered his lines well. They had good rapport and delivery. The tickets were comped, so it definitely was not a waste of our time to see the show, because it was enjoyable, but I don't think I would tell anyone to pay full price for the show.

The show was okay and sort of funny, but our seats were so bad (Row C right side) that we couldn't see the show. After about 20 minutes 2 people left and we took their seats and could see the actors.

The free ticket deal from Goldstar was wonderful but if I had paid for this show I would have been very upset. It wasn't very funny, the gags and bits were outdated and the audience was very small and unengaged. The acting was fine, but the material was very so so.

I would have left within 10 minutes if possible without disruption. The acting is horrible, the script is forced, the chemistry isn't there. The jokes aren't - jokes. I felt like I was at a 9th grade play (written, produced, acted). I honestly would tell people who have tickets to spend the hour in a coffeeshop watching people: time better spent.

It is below a restaurant, so a bit crowded and not much space for coats and bags. It is a relaxed, cash bar, casual and interactive atmosphere. It is a two man show (Abigail and Paco), funny, light, and time goes by fast. Definitely the crowd makes it a good/great or mediocre show. My crowd was really into it, so we laughed out loud a bunch!

I was a little bit to see a one-man show on this topic but it was not a one-man show and the guy brings a lot to the show.
It is funny and interactive. You don't see the time flight.

Maybe Sunday afternoon isn't the best time to see this show. Paco was amusing and the only reason it's not a one star but overall it was terrible. I didn't expect much, it is Jan Brady after all, but I got even less than I expected. The "jokes" were tired, the delivery was slow...I could go on but I won't. Even at half price we paid too much. We went as a last minute filler instead of fighting the rain and shopping crowds. If you have the choice pick the rain.

A fun evening- lots of audience participation-great for couples-Eve Plumb is wonderful!
